Beginners – Don’t Buy a Guitar!

Guitars come in all shapes and sizes and it’s important to buy the right one to suit both your physical ability and the style of playing you’re interested in. I recommend my one hour ‘taster’ session where you can try several different guitars and listen to various playing styles to help you decide. I can recommend local suppliers for new instruments and I occasionally have second hand guitars for sale.

Intermediate/advanced players
Why not book a one-off lesson to learn some new techniques, chords, jazzy/bluesy licks etc?
I also have a comprehensive repertoire of my own fingerstyle arrangements of pop, folk and jazz standards.
